When an email cannot be delivered
How you are told about a wrong or missing address, and how to fix it.

You are notified when a customer email cannot reach the customer, so nothing fails quietly.
What you will see
You get a notification when:
- there is no email address on file for the customer,
- the address looks invalid, or
- an email bounces or is reported as spam.
The notification goes to the salesperson on the vehicle if there is one, otherwise to the people watching the vehicle, otherwise to your admins and managers.
Fixing it
Open the vehicle, use Email customer, and add or correct the address right there. Once it is saved you can send the email. You can also see the status of past emails, including any that could not be sent, in the vehicle's email history.
