Editing your email templates
Customise the wording of each email and preview it before you use it.
Templates are the ready-made emails you send to customers. Edit them under Settings, Customer emails.
The editor
Each template has a subject and a message. Use the Insert field chips to drop in details that fill in automatically, such as the customer's first name, the vehicle, the tracking link, or collection details. A live preview on the right shows how the finished email looks with sample data.
You can also add a button (for example "Track your vehicle") that links to the tracking page, the review link, or another field.
Test it on yourself
Use Send test to me to email the current template to your own address before you rely on it.
