Setting up customer emails
Turn on customer emails and set the sender details that appear to your customers.

Customer emails let you keep buyers updated about their vehicle, sent under your own business name.
Before you can send
Open Settings, Customer emails and complete the sender details:
- From name, what customers see as the sender. This defaults to your business name.
- Reply-to email, where customer replies go. Required.
- Postal address, shown in the footer of every email. Required by anti-spam rules.
- Review link, optional, used by the review-request template.
Once a reply-to address and postal address are saved, switch customer emails on. A set of ready-made templates is added for you to edit.
Turning it off
Switching customer emails off stops all outgoing customer emails straight away. Your templates and settings are kept, so you can turn it back on later.
