Extraction usage on your plan

How the auction sheet extraction allowance works on your plan and where to watch your monthly usage.

Updated Apr 19, 2026

Auction sheet extraction is included on Pro and counted against a monthly allowance. The Billing page gives you a clear view of how much you've used and when the window resets.

Before you start

  • You need to be an admin to see Billing.
  • You're on SettingsBilling.

Where to see your usage

On Pro, the Billing page shows a separate Extraction usage card below the current subscription details. It tells you:

  • How many credits you've used in the current window.
  • How many your plan includes in total.
  • When the window resets.

The same usage warning also appears on the Auction sheet tab of a vehicle when you're near the limit, so your team sees it in context as they upload.

What uses a credit

A credit is used each time an extraction runs. That includes:

  • Successful extractions.
  • Failed extractions caused by image quality (too small, too blurred).

Retrying after a timeout or a transient service error does not use a new credit; it's the same extraction attempting to complete.

Deleting an extraction doesn't refund a credit.

Core plan

Core doesn't include extraction. The Auction sheet tab on a vehicle shows an upgrade prompt rather than an upload form. Upgrade to Pro to unlock it; see Upgrading or downgrading your plan.

When you hit the limit

Once you've used your full allowance for the month:

  • The upload button on the Auction sheet tab is disabled.
  • A message explains why.
  • Existing extractions can still be reviewed, edited, approved, and deleted.

Two ways to continue:

  • Wait for the next window to open on the reset date.
  • Contact support if you consistently need more than the plan allowance; the ImportOps team can discuss options.

Reducing wasted credits

  • Upload clean, full-resolution scans or sharp photos. The most common wasted credit is a failed extraction on an image that was never going to work. Quality tips are in When an extraction fails.
  • Don't re-upload the same sheet to correct a typo. Edit the fields in the review screen instead. Editing doesn't use a credit.
  • Review your team's usage pattern. If the team is consistently hitting the limit, either tune the quality of uploads or plan to upgrade.
