What's included in each plan

A side-by-side comparison of the Solo, Core, and Pro plans.

Updated May 20, 2026

ImportOps has three plans designed around the size of your operation. The features are the same across plans for the basics; the differences are limits (users, vehicles) and access to advanced tools.

What each feature is

  • Users: the team members with access to your organisation, including pending invites.
  • Active vehicles: vehicles that aren't soft-deleted. Deleting a vehicle frees up a slot.
  • Photos per vehicle and per workshop task: upload limits; the cap is per record, not across the organisation.
  • Reports: the Reports section for sales, inventory, and performance reporting.
  • API access: create API keys and use the ImportOps API from other tools. Covered in Managing API keys.
  • Planning sheets and job sheets: workshop-side documentation for prep work.
  • Auction sheet auto-extraction: upload auction sheets and have the fields pulled out for you. Covered in the Auction Sheets category.
  • Branded customer tracking page: show your own branding on the public tracking link your customers receive.
  • Priority support: faster response times on support requests.

Solo

Best for sole traders running their own imports. You get the full pipeline, shipment, workshop, and cost tools, sized for one person.

Core

Best for small importer teams. Same core toolset as Solo, with room for up to five users and fifty active vehicles.

Pro

Best for growing importers. Unlimited active vehicles, larger team capacity, reports, auction-sheet auto-extraction, planning and job sheets, API access, branded tracking pages, and priority support.

How to change plan

Upgrading is immediate. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of your current billing period. See Upgrading or downgrading your plan.

If you need more

Running into a limit on Pro? Contact support. For teams that need more users, more extractions, or custom arrangements, the ImportOps team can discuss tailored plans.
