Your plan and subscription
Read your current plan, subscription status, next billing date, and the other details on the Billing page.
Your Billing page is the home base for everything to do with your ImportOps subscription. This article walks through what the page shows and how to read it.
Before you start
- You need to be an admin to open the Billing page. Non-admins don't see Billing in the Settings sidebar.
- You're on Settings → Billing.
If you don't have an active subscription
If your organisation hasn't started a subscription yet, the Billing page shows a Subscription required card and the plan checkout cards. Pick a plan to continue using ImportOps; after payment you'll wait briefly on the subscribe page while the subscription activates.
Current subscription
The top card on an active subscription shows:
- Plan: Core or Pro.
- Status: Active, Past due, or Canceled.
- Next billing date: when your subscription renews (or Access until when canceled).
- Payment issue since (only when the status is Past due): the date the latest payment failure was first recorded.
When a downgrade is already scheduled, a note below the grid tells you what the plan will change to and when.
Subscription statuses
- Active: your subscription is paid and in good standing. Everything on your plan works.
- Past due: the last payment attempt failed. You still have access during a grace period; the app nudges you to fix the payment method. Full details in When a payment fails.
- Canceled: the subscription has ended or is ending at the current period end. The page shows Access until with the date.
Managing your subscription
When your subscription is managed through the payment provider, the Billing page shows the action buttons you need:
- Manage subscription: opens the payment portal where you can update your card, view invoices, and make changes to the subscription directly.
- Upgrade to Pro: shown on Core plans that are Active. Takes effect immediately.
- Downgrade to Core: shown on Pro plans that are Active. Schedules the change for the end of your current billing period.
- Cancel scheduled downgrade: shown when a downgrade is already scheduled. Reverses the scheduled change if you decide to stay on Pro.
Full flows in Upgrading or downgrading your plan.
Legacy-granted plans
Some organisations have a plan that's part of a bespoke agreement with the ImportOps team. Their Billing page shows Your plan is included with your ImportOps agreement and doesn't expose self-service buttons or invoice history through the app. If you're on a legacy-granted plan and need a change, contact support.
The extraction usage card
On Pro, you see a separate card for your auction sheet extraction allowance: how many credits you've used, how many your plan includes, and when the window resets. Full details in Extraction limits.
Payment method and invoices
Below the subscription card you'll see your payment method (card brand and last four digits), your next payment amount, and a table of recent invoices you can download. Covered in Payment method and invoices.
