Payment method and invoices

View your payment method, download past invoices, and open the payment portal to make changes.

Updated Apr 19, 2026

Below the current subscription card on the Billing page you'll find your payment method, your next payment details, and a table of recent invoices.

Before you start

  • You need to be an admin.
  • You're on SettingsBilling.

Payment method

The Payment method row shows the card on file: brand (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and so on) and the last four digits. This is the card your subscription will charge on the next billing date.

To change the card, update the expiry, or switch to a different payment method, click Manage subscription. The payment portal opens in a new tab and takes you to the section for managing the payment method. Changes you save in the portal are reflected on the Billing page the next time you refresh.

Next payment

When your subscription is active, the Next payment row shows the amount and the date that will be charged. For example, £49.00 on 15 May 2026.

Recent invoices

The Recent invoices table lists your most recent invoice runs:

  • Date: when the invoice was issued.
  • Amount: the total charged.
  • Status: paid, failed, refunded, and so on. Shown in plain text.
  • Invoice: a Download link that opens the PDF in a new tab.

Click View all invoices to open the full history in the payment portal.

Legacy-granted plans

If your organisation is on a legacy-granted plan, the Billing page shows a short note instead: invoices and payment history are handled outside of self-service billing. Contact the ImportOps team directly for anything you need.

If payment details don't load

Occasionally the Billing page can't reach the payment portal in time to show payment details and invoice history. You'll see a short note saying the details are unavailable with a prompt to use Manage subscription. Clicking through to the portal always works; the in-app display is a convenience.

Good practice

  • Keep the card up to date. The most common billing issue is an expired card. Update it in the portal before the expiry month.
  • Save invoices you need for accounting. Download them from the table as they appear; they're convenient to reach here without opening the portal.
  • Use a business card. A personal card may be blocked by expense policies or replaced when the cardholder leaves.
