Your dashboard at a glance
What each card and section on the dashboard shows, and the cards that are actually clickable deep-links.
The dashboard is the landing page for most users. It's dense on purpose; a few cards summarise the business at a glance, and most of them are clickable short-cuts into the detailed views.
Before you start
You need the Dashboard view permission. Most default roles have it; the admin role always does.
The four metric cards
The top row shows four headline numbers, each with a 30-day trend (last 30 days compared to the previous 30). Green means up, red means down.
- Cars in Stock: vehicles you own that haven't been sold or delivered yet. Click to open the full Vehicles list.
- Cars Sold: vehicles marked sold in the last 30 days. Click to open Vehicles filtered to sold.
- Pending Payments (if you can view vehicle costs) or Sale Ready (if you can't): outstanding balances on reserved cars, in your accounting currency; or a count of vehicles whose workshop prep is complete and ready to sell.
- Arriving within 7 days: vehicles with an ETA in the next seven days. Click to open Vehicles filtered to in-transit.
The metric cards are clickable. It's the single easiest thing to miss on the dashboard, so treat them as shortcuts to the filtered list they represent.
Pipeline Overview
Below the metric cards, a horizontal strip shows your pipeline stages with a count and the three most recent vehicles in each. Useful for spotting bottlenecks; if a stage is bulging, that's where work is stuck.
The underlying stage model is explained in Understanding the pipeline.

Workshop Task Overview
A small panel showing how workshop prep is tracking:
- Tasks outstanding: the total
- Overdue: tasks past their due date (red)
- Due today: tasks due today (amber)
- Due in next 7 days: upcoming tasks (blue)
- Completed today: finished today (green)
Every row links to the Workshop section so you can click straight through to the tasks you need to see.
