Vehicle tags are small coloured icons you can attach to a vehicle to flag anything that doesn't fit the standard fields, things like damage status, buyer type, restoration state, or deposit state. Tags appear beside the vehicle title on the detail page and inline with the make and model in the vehicle list. Hovering over a tag shows its name.

Set up your tags

  1. Open Settings → Vehicle data.
  2. Scroll to the Vehicle tags card.
  3. Click + New tag.
  4. Give the tag a name, pick an icon, and choose a colour. The preview shows how the tag will look beside a vehicle.
  5. Click Save.

You can edit or delete tags from the same card.

Attach a tag to a vehicle

  1. Open the vehicle's detail page.
  2. Click the dashed + chip next to the title.
  3. Tick the tags you want to attach. Tap the tick again to remove a tag.

Filter the vehicle list by tag

  1. Go to Vehicles.
  2. Click the Tags button above the table.
  3. Tick one or more tags. The list narrows to vehicles that carry every selected tag.

Delete a tag

Deleting a tag from settings removes it from every vehicle it was attached to. The confirmation tells you how many vehicles will be affected.
