Vehicle photos

Upload vehicle photos, set the hero photo, arrange the gallery, and pick which photos show on the tracking page.

Photos are the most visible part of a vehicle record. They appear on the Vehicles list, on Pipeline cards, on the vehicle detail page, and on the customer tracking page.

Before you start

  • You're on a vehicle's detail page.
  • You need Vehicles edit permission.

Uploading photos

  1. Open the Photos / Gallery tab (or click the Photo card on the Overview)
  2. Drag photos onto the upload area, or click to browse
  3. Wait for uploads to finish

Accepted formats: JPEG, PNG, WebP. Photos are automatically resized and compressed so they load quickly on every page they appear on.

Setting the hero photo

The hero photo is the main image shown on the Vehicles list, on cards, and as the default image on the public tracking page.

  • Click a photo in the gallery and choose Set as hero
  • Only one photo can be the hero at a time
  • If you don't pick one explicitly, the first photo you uploaded is used
  • Drag photos to reorder them
  • The order you set here is the order the customer sees on the tracking page when additional photos are enabled

Removing a photo

  • Click a photo and choose Remove (with a confirmation)
  • Removed photos are deleted from storage and can't be recovered from the UI

Photos on the tracking page

The tracking link sheet has an Additional photos picker. Pick which gallery photos (besides the hero) to show publicly. See Sharing a tracking link with your customer for the full flow.

Plan limits

Your plan caps the number of photos per vehicle. If you hit the limit, you'll need to remove older photos or upgrade your plan under Settings → Billing to upload more.
