Watching a vehicle
Use the Watch toggle to follow a vehicle for notifications about its progress.

Watching a vehicle is how you bookmark it for yourself. Once you're watching, you get notifications when the vehicle changes in ways you care about.
What Watch does
- Sends you notifications about stage changes, cost changes, new documents, and customer-sale events
- Surfaces the vehicle in your personal watch list (within the notifications dropdown)
- Is per-user, so other team members' watch lists are independent of yours
To watch a vehicle
- Open the vehicle's detail page
- Click the Watch toggle in the action bar
The button changes to show that you're watching the vehicle. Click again to unwatch.
Good to know
- Watching doesn't change any vehicle data; it only affects your notifications.
- You can configure which events trigger watch notifications under Settings → Notifications.
- Your admin may have watch-related defaults set under Settings → Notification defaults for the whole organisation.
